All orders can be picked up during opening hours at our brick-and-mortar KSPACE store in Prague - Truhlářská 1107/7, 110 00 Prague 1. Payment is possible in cash and by card at the store. Orders in stock will be delivered from our warehouse to the store within 2-4 business days of ordering. You can pick up your order AFTER receiving an email with a call to pick up. If you have not yet received a call, the order has probably not yet arrived at the store. The pick-up time is 5 business days from receiving the call, if an extension is needed, please contact us by email info@kspaceproject.com

❓ Can I cancel my order?
✅ Yes! We are happy to cancel orders without any charge if your items have not yet been shipped.
📦 If the order has already been shipped or arrived, it is possible to return it within 14 days, but only if the items are still unpacked / sealed from the factory. In this case, the customer pays the return shipping costs. Once the goods arrive back to us, we will issue you a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

❓ Can I return or exchange my order?
✅ We accept returns and exchanges of albums within 14 days of delivery , as long as the items are unopened and in their original foil packaging . The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
🚫 If the album is already unpacked, returns and exchanges are not possible.
🚫 Returning magazines/magazines is not possible.
🚫 All our photo cards (POBs, LUCKY DRAWs) are genuine and cannot be returned.
💰 Returned goods will be refunded using the same payment method used to purchase (excluding shipping costs).
📹 We recommend that our customers record an unpacking video when opening the package. If the goods are damaged, we can offer compensation based on the video. However, if you do not record an unpacking video, we cannot confirm the validity of the claim for damaged or missing products.
⚠️ We only offer exchanges in the event of serious damage , which can be proven by an unboxing video. We cannot compensate for minor scratches, dents or manufacturing errors (e.g. poorly printed pages, typos or missing album components such as photo cards, etc.). These defects often occur naturally during the manufacturing process and as all our albums are sealed/originally packaged, we have no control over this. If an unboxing video is taken that clearly shows serious damage before the customer unboxed the product and the item is still sealed in its original packaging, we can offer an exchange.
🚚 Delayed delivery is not a reason for a refund , as it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of shipment, please contact the carrier.

Are the photocards real/official?
Yes, all photocards in our offer are genuine. Most of the photocards on our website are official POBs (preorder benefit) or LUCKY DRAW photocards , which are cards obtained during pre-orders or lucky draw events of various albums from Korean stores.
These are collectible cards for passionate collectors of K-pop cards.
Are albums/lightsticks or plushies like SKZOO real or fake?
There are a lot of fake K-pop albums and merchandise on the internet, but don't worry, all of our K-pop albums and official merchandise are 100% authentic and imported directly from South Korea.
Is it possible to choose a specific version of the album and how?
Yes, it is possible. If you are interested in a specific version, just write it in the notes in the cart (preferably the color, or the name of the version). If we do not have the given version, we will contact you about the exchange or cancellation. We recommend asking about the availability of the version before creating an order via the website chat or by e-mail info@kspaceproject.com . If you have already created an order and wish to add a specific version, please contact us by e-mail info@kspaceproject.com , we will write it down manually. If you do not write anything, a random version will be sent to you.
When will a specific version of the album be in stock?
Some album versions are more popular than others, so they sell out faster. Album versions are randomly distributed, so unfortunately we cannot control if or when a specific version will be in stock.
When will a specific album be in stock?
If the album sells out, it will be back in stock within 2 weeks. Unless they are limited production, unavailable from suppliers, or simply currently “out of print” - new copies of the album are not being released/printed.
What is/how does a pre-order work?
Pre-ordering means placing an order for a product that is yet to be released. The product is not in stock and you will not receive it immediately, but only 7-14 business days after the release date , because the product must arrive from South Korea at the earliest after the release date. Pre-ordering guarantees that you will actually get the product, as it may happen that some products are no longer available for purchase after pre-ordering. Some items are pre-ordered in limited quantities, so products may sell out even during pre-orders. In very exceptional cases, it may happen that even if you have created a pre-order, the product will not be available, in which case your order will be canceled.
Benefits of pre-orders:
- you will be among the first to receive the given product (we send orders fairly chronologically according to the date and time of order creation and also according to which given goods arrive at our warehouse first - first come, first served)
- usually, during the pre-order, albums include " pre-order benefits " that will no longer be part of the album after the album is released, these are usually posters and other bonus materials, if the given album offers a pre-order benefit and for specific pre-order benefits for specific albums, please read the product description and product image, by creating a pre-order you will be guaranteed to receive the pre-order benefit
What are POBs / photocard gifts, what is the difference between an album without and this gift?
The version with photocard gift is more expensive, because in addition to the album itself, you also get a photocard gift or POB - a collector's card from various Korean stores. The card usually has a photo of the member on it, and the photo varies depending on the Korean store. These versions of the albums with photocard gift also arrive later (usually a week later - that's why the release date for these albums is shifted) than the classic albums without photocard gift.
What do album versions mean and what is the difference between them?
If an album has multiple versions, they usually only differ in the pictures inside and sometimes there are minor differences in the bonus materials inside, but otherwise the CD content and track list are exactly the same.
Why is it so expensive?
All our albums and official merch are imported directly from South Korea. They are 100% original. Unfortunately, buying products is not cheap, in addition to the goods themselves, we also pay for expensive shipping, customs, taxes... Despite everything, we always try to keep prices for fans as low as possible.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet? / Where is my order?
An order containing only in-stock items will be delivered to you within 2-4 business days .
If your order includes a pre-order item , it will be with you within 7-14 business days from the RELEASE DATE . If your pre-order has not yet shipped, it means the item has not yet arrived in our warehouse. Please always check the release date, please wait for the release date first and then for the shipment.
Why is the poster missing from my album?
The missing poster is a pre-order benefit that can be obtained and is included with the album only during pre-order (creating an order before the release date) or in the “ first press ” = first edition of the album. Later, this poster is no longer printed / produced with the album and should therefore no longer be included in the packaging. For specific information on the given album, please check its product description and product image.
Can I choose a specific member for POBs cards when purchasing an album with a photocard gift?
You can write us your preference in the notes in the cart, if possible, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, a specific member for POBs cards is not guaranteed , if the requested member is not available, a random one will be sent.
What are platform, weverse, nemo, smini, poca alba?
These albums are digital versions of a standard CD album. This means that they do not contain a CD, but instead there will usually be a card with a QR code that you can use to download the songs. These digital albums are smaller and cheaper than standard albums. They are more aimed at card collectors, as the content of this album is usually only the cards (there is no CD, photo book or other materials). To avoid buying this album by mistake, always check the media, product description and product image in the label.
Do you send orders abroad?

The e-shop says that you have the product in stock, but why isn't it in the store?
Stock levels on our e-shop only reflect the stock levels in our warehouse from where we ship your orders. Stock levels and availability in the store are different from the e-shop.
